These passionate individuals work tirelessly to ensure that Arnprior Regional Health has the resources to provide exceptional care, close to home.
Ben Gardiner
Executive Director and Proud Arnprior Resident
Ben, a lifelong resident of Arnprior, is deeply rooted in the community where he’s now raising his own family. With academic credentials from Carleton University and Algonquin College in Sociology, English Literature, and Fundraising Management, Ben brings heart and expertise to his role.
A passionate lifelong learner, he earned his MBA in Social Enterprise Leadership and achieved his Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) designation—underscoring his commitment to ethical, impactful philanthropy.
Ben’s journey into the charitable sector began in his teens, after the sudden loss of his mother. Volunteering became a meaningful outlet and sparked a lifelong commitment to helping others. Since 2019, he has served as Executive Director of the Arnprior Regional Health Foundation, where he works to improve access to
healthcare for families like his.
Ben sees firsthand the value of local, quality healthcare as his loved ones age. Supporting the Foundation is his way of giving back and building a healthier future for the community he calls home.

Joining Arnprior Regional Health Foundation in November 2024, Amber brings not just her professional expertise but a genuine passion for connecting with our incredible donors and creating meaningful fundraising initiatives.
Before joining ARHF, Amber gained valuable experience working with another hospital foundation, where she was deeply involved in healthcare fundraising and development. This background has equipped her with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and rewards of supporting local healthcare.

Community Events & Administrative Coordinator
& Committed to Advancing Local Healthcare
Caroline has joined the Arnprior Regional Health Foundation with over 20 years of experience in the events industry and a strong passion for building meaningful connections.
An award-winning leader in the hotel sector, Caroline’s background spans event planning, logistics, and service delivery. Her determination and problem-solving mindset have made her a trusted professional in every role she’s taken on.
Motivated by a desire to give back in a purposeful way, Caroline now contributes her skills to help raise funds in support of life-saving equipment and essential services at Arnprior Regional Health, for the benefit of all patients and the community she’s proud to be part of.
