Honouring Healthcare Heroes Through the ARHF Angels Program
Recently, a grateful patient named Ray made a heartfelt donation to the Arnprior Regional Health Foundation in honour of two incredible staff members who supported him during a CT Scan at Arnprior Regional Health.
Ray could not speak more highly of Jaimie L. Richer and Melissa Schmidt, who not only took the time to ensure he felt cared for during his scan but also provided the compassionate support that made all the difference in his experience. The results of that scan were life-changing – helping set him up for a surgery that ultimately saved his life.
To recognize their extraordinary care, Jaimie and Melissa were celebrated through the ARHF Angels Program. Each received a certificate and an Angel pin in front of their peers and leadership – a tangible symbol of appreciation from Ray and his family.
What is the ARHF Angels Program?
The Angels Program is a special way for patients, residents, and families to honour exceptional staff members at Arnprior Regional Health. It’s part of our Grateful Patient Program, which allows donors to say thank you in a meaningful way.
When you make an Angels donation:
The honoured staff member receives a personal Certificate of Appreciation from the Foundation.
They are presented with an Angel pin in front of their peers and leadership.
A short story and photo are shared on social media to celebrate their excellence.
