Arnprior, ON – The Arnprior Regional Health Foundation is proud to share that the Scope for Hope Endoscopy Campaign has reached 80% of its $800,000 fundraising goal.
This progress has been made possible through the generosity of donors across the region, including the dedicated support of staff and leadership at Nu-Tech Precision Metals.
Nu-Tech Precision Metals has been a committed supporter since the campaign’s launch, which featured the powerful story of employee Nancy Dean. Nancy’s life was saved through timely access to endoscopy, underscoring the critical importance of having this life-saving equipment available close to home.
Inspired by Nancy’s journey, staff and leadership at Nu-Tech came together in support of the campaign. Their collective generosity has helped move the campaign significantly closer to its goal and continues to inspire others in the community to give.
“Reaching 80% of our goal is an incredible achievement for our community,” said ARH Foundation Executive Director Ben Gardiner. “We are deeply grateful to the staff and leadership at Nu-Tech Precision Metals for their generosity and for helping us share the real impact this equipment has on patients’ lives.”
Reflecting on their support, Nu-Tech Precision Metals shared: “At Nu-Tech Precision Metals, we believe in investing in the strength and well-being of the communities we’re part of. Supporting our local hospital is deeply important to us because access to quality healthcare close to home isn’t just a convenience, it’s a lifeline. When care is available within our own community, it leads to faster diagnoses, stronger support systems, and better outcomes for the people we care about most.
This cause became especially meaningful through our friend and co-worker Nancy’s journey. Watching her face cancer with courage and ultimately overcome it showed us firsthand how critical compassionate, accessible care can be. Experiences like hers are a powerful reminder that behind every piece of medical equipment is an opportunity to detect illness sooner, begin treatment earlier, and change the course of someone’s life.
We are proud to support Arnprior Regional Health Foundation and help ensure that essential diagnostic care remains available close to home when it matters most.”
The Scope for Hope Campaign aims to raise $800,000 to fund essential endoscopy equipment at Arnprior Regional Health, supporting earlier detection, faster diagnosis, and improved treatment for patients in the region.
With just 20% left to raise, the Foundation is calling on the community to help bring the campaign across the finish line.
